the time of harvest, different fruits are picked and
processed for several destinations. In our facilities,
located at El
Bolsón central area, a cooling system begins
as soon as the fruit is off the plant.
Fruit for the fresh market goes of to classification
and packing.
Some goes on to the freezing tunnel, and storage.
