On
parallel 42º South and the Andes Cordillera, in the heart
of the Andean region, the El Bolson Valley provides a particularly
beneficial climate for the production of berries and other
fruits. Clean
air, unpoluted water and ideal climate provides an exceptional
enviroment where we cultivate red raspberries, blackberries,
red currants, black currants ,sour cherries, cherries, elderberries,
quince and other fruits.
In the area there are plums, peaches, apricots, pears, apples
and other species.
We harvest important quantaties of wild fruit available in
the area. Rose hip, elderberry, maqui, calafate, blackberry
and others grow wild and are available for picking in summer.
